General Provisions & Definitions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the 0z365 platform and its users. The key terms used throughout are defined below:
- "Platform" — Refers to 0z365's website, app, and all related services.
- "User" or "You" — Any person, registered or unregistered, who accesses the platform.
- "Account" — A personal gaming account opened on 0z365.
- "Bonus Funds" — Promotional money granted by the platform that can be withdrawn after meeting specific conditions.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.
- "Real Funds" — Money deposited by the user themselves.
Any changes to these Terms will take effect upon being published on the platform. Where applicable, users may also be notified by email.
Account Registration
To open an account on 0z365, users must provide accurate and complete information. The following rules apply at the time of registration:
2.1 Single Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or IP address. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being cancelled and funds forfeited.
2.2 Accurate Information
The name, address, date of birth, and contact details provided during registration must be truthful. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Allowing third parties to access your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately.
Age Limit & Eligibility
The following eligibility criteria must be met to use 0z365's services:
- The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the gaming platform.
- 0z365 may request a copy of a national identity card or passport for age verification at any time.
- Withdrawals may be withheld until age verification is completed.
- If a minor's account is identified, all transactions will be cancelled and funds will not be returned.
0z365 firmly believes that keeping minors away from online gaming is a social responsibility. Parents and guardians are urged to ensure their children cannot access this platform.
Account Verification
In accordance with 0z365's KYC (Know Your Customer) process, the platform may verify your identity before a withdrawal or at any other time.
4.1 Required Documents
- A clear photo of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
- Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement — dated within the last three months).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used (where applicable).
4.2 Verification Process
Submitted documents are reviewed and additional information may be requested if needed. The account may be restricted while verification is in progress. Submitting false or altered documents will result in permanent account closure.
Deposits & Withdrawals
The following rules apply to financial transactions on 0z365:
5.1 Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
- Deposits from third-party accounts or cards are not accepted and may result in forfeiture of funds.
5.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
- KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method as the deposit.
- 0z365 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if a transaction appears inconsistent or suspicious.
5.3 Currency & Tax
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). It is the user's own responsibility to pay income tax or any other applicable taxes. 0z365 does not provide tax advice.
Bonuses & Promotions
0z365 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Specific terms and conditions apply to each offer.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳16,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳31,000.
6.2 Wagering Requirement
A wagering requirement of 15 times must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
6.3 VIP Program & Cashback
0z365's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
6.4 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus may only be claimed once and cannot be combined with any other offer.
- 0z365 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account investigated.
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all members for gaming and betting activities on 0z365:
7.1 Sports Betting
Bets can be placed on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. 0z365's decision is final in determining results. If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.
7.2 Casino Games
All casino games are operated by third-party software providers and are independently tested. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is entirely random and cannot be predicted.
7.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, 0z365 may void that round and refund the wager. Any winnings obtained by exploiting a technical issue will be considered void.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 0z365 platform:
- Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Using low-risk betting strategies solely to claim bonuses ("bonus abuse").
- Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for gain.
- Colluding with other members to place bets.
- Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
- Attempting hacking, phishing, or any other form of cyberattack.
- Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
- Conducting transactions through third-party payment methods.
If any of the above activities are found, 0z365 may close the account without prior notice, forfeit the funds, and take legal action if necessary.
Account Suspension & Closure
9.1 Closure by the Platform
0z365 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause in these Terms.
- Temporarily, for the purposes of an investigation.
- If false information is found during the KYC verification process.
- In cases of irregular or suspicious financial transactions.
9.2 Closed by the User
